10 days late, negative stick...now what?

So after almost 2 years of TTC, I finally went to a fertility doctor. She had me start tracking periods, ovulation, intercourse, etc. I've been a very regular 32 day cycle...until now. I am 10 days late, so 42 days since last period. I took a test the day before and after my expected period and both were negative. How long would you wait to either take another test or go to the doctor for a blood test?

    Test weekly until you get your period, get a BFP, or hit 60 days. Then call your doc.

    Any given cycle can be wonky for no reason.
