Graco 35 seat include base?

I finally decided to order the Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35 and will see if I like it when it comes. Does anyone know if it comes with one base?  It didn't say anywhere what it includes.  I saw a few reviews that the 30 is hard to buckle and unbuckle -- is that the case for the 35 too?  Thanks!

    Our 35 came with 1 base. Read the same notes when researching on thw 30. Only have occasional challenge with buckle ... usually when my nails are longer ... makes it more challenging to get the right angle.
