Chore chart/list

I need to come up with a weekly chore chart/list. I spent my entire lunch hour vacumning our bedroom because I am embarrassed to say it hasn't been vacumned since before Landen was born. I need a schedule where I can do a few things each day in order to keep the house clean. I've told my husband this and that I need his help to motivate me to keep up on it.

Note: Our bedroom is upstairs, and no one else goes up there. I have not let the rest of the house go that long!

Do any of you ladies have something similar set up, or know where I can find one online to get me started?

    If you are on pinterest they have a ton of lists on there that vary in amounts of chores each day. I found my idea of a "chore jar" on pinterest and I just pull out 2 papers a day and do those chores.

    I don't have a chore list, but I also keep my shower cleaner/scrub brush within reach and every other day or so I clean one wall of my shower when I take my shower. I just keep rotating which wall. Much easier to do than to clean the whole thing a
