So has anyone noticed that most stores just have character-themed coloring books that cost way too much?
Target has non-character (ie, not Mickey Mouse, or whatever) coloring books and other stuff on their $1 rack. There is Crayola brand stuff - lots of coloring books, coloring rolls (a long sheet of paper with a scene on it, rolled up), card games, and some other stuff I didn't really look at. They also had some Fisher-Price brand coloring and activity books - good for pre-school age kids if you have them.
There were some other cute things, too, but I was mostly glad to find the coloring books because I'm not spending $5 on a coloring book just because it has pics of Mickey Mouse instead of a generic mouse. KWIM?
I think they must have just put it out because some of it wasn't in the system when the cashier rang it up.
