Is anyone else during pregnancy getting bigger leg muscles? I have no idea how or why but
my quads/hamstrings are growing and are hard as rocks! it is really
weird but i seem to be gaining muscle? i do not like it at all! i do the
treadmill, yoga, and pilates for the most part (i did more weights in
the beginning but cut back). is anyone else having this or had this before? i am prone to muscular legs which is why i normally do
just yoga and walking/jogging but of course i am not able to be as
vigorous as i normally am.

I just read in "Exercising Throughout Your Pregnancy" that you will gain more muscular strength in the legs from carrying around excess weight! It also said that it won't last after baby. So if you don't like it, it's prob not permanent. Interesting en
