FAM or FF Advanced?

Hello Ladies,

I am on CD16 and this is my first cycle charting after getting off the Nuvaring last month.  

I use FF on my phone and online, but I also have a paper chart that I printed out from the TCOYF website where I chart the FAM way.  I noticed that FF will also allow me to change my chart settings to FAM method.

My question is, which method do you use?  Advanced or FAM?  Is there a slight difference between the two or a big one?

    I typically use Advanced, except for a cycle or two when I didn't use OPKs -- then I used FAM.

    I use advanced, its FF's recommended method, and I also think that FAM would be inaccurate for me. So, I don't use FAM.
