Has anyone considered switching or has switched to prenatal vitamins without iron? I am so constipated and metamucil, bran, etc. is just not cutting it anymore. I don't want to hurt the baby, but I am dying. Has anyone tried this and had it work?
No, but I take one half dose of Miralax every day generic Sams Club brand and have for years as recommended by a gastro dr I saw. I also take a daily probiotic like Align again, Sams brand. I was Ok'd to continue use for both by my OB. Zero constipation
I take a gummy prenatal without iron and my dr said it was ok so long as my future blood tests dont come back with low iron levels. I try to get my iron in with food. I'm not a regular as I use to be, but I'm not constipated and I have hardly any MS.
I've been taking the gummies without iron because it was making my ms sooo much worse. I need to find an actual pill though. I dread taking tge gummies, I gag horribly while chewing them.

Thanks for the information. I was diagnosed
with a severe case of anemia after my bariatric surgery. My doctor told me it
happened due to excessive intake of iron elements and hence recommended me to
take multivitamins without iron. I can feel the difference after having this.
