8m wont eat puffs

Ive been feeding my lo puffs, hes been chewing on them but spits them out. Its kinda fustrating when all he wants is a snack. What kinda of puffs does your lo like?

    I wouldn't push them. Puffs don't have much nutritional value, so in a way it's good that he doesn't like them.

    Can you try a mesh feed bag? Sometimes when DD doesn't want any puffs or melts, I'll put some banana or avocado in a bag. When teething, I'll freeze something mushy for her to gnaw on as well.

    Yeah, like PPs said, I wouldn't force the puffs. I'd choose different snacks. Perhaps try rice cakes, or banana, or cucumber.

    Puffs are just junk food for babies.  Feed him something else.  I mash up avocado and bananas and put in mesh feeders for a quick snack.
