Fashionistas - Style my skinny jeans

My girlfriends and I do clothing swaps when we need to freshen things up. I recently inherited a great collection of skinny jeans.

Now, I'm looking for some spring and summer tops to wear with them. A friend at the swap suggested the ones below.

Super cute but a $118 tank top isn't really in the budget. Who has inexpensive ($40ish and under) ideas for me?

    Those tops are really cute, but pretty pricey for being plain tops IMO. Do you have an H&M near you?  I feel like they would have similar stuff for much cheaper (although the quality of their stuff is not as great.)

    Thanks, ladies. We have an H&M on Michigan Avenue. Maybe I'll take a trip down there this weekend.
