If you are experiencing pain with pregnancy

I have to recommend a maternity belt. I wasn't sure how I was going to continue to work because I was having so much constant ligament and back pain. I got a maternity belt last week and it has changed everything for me. I'm still having some back pain at night - I do take it off when I get home because I change clothes and usually get into my pjs. However, it seems better too.

Just thought I would share in case others are on the fence about buying one. I highly recommend it. Just a little PSA! Smile

Katiebenes, I bought this one in an XL. I am a VERY plus-sized person (I was a size 26 or so pre-pregnancy) and it fits me fine, though I've been bad about wearing it so I don't really know how effective it is in alleviating pain. <a href="

I was just going to post on this topic and ask for opinions. Do y'all recommend the full cradle or just the belt? Are there any brands that are tried and true you would suggest? Thanks in advance!
