Back pain

Anyone else have problems with lower back pain?  I know it is mostly (or all) from picking up Vi.  It is especially hard putting her down in her crib.  I am going to try to make a chiropractor appt. today.  Just wondering if anyone else experiences this.  I know I need to exercise and stretch more, but it's hard when bending to pick up a Cheerio (or 100 cheerios) off the floor wakes me wince.

    The bed at the hospital when I had T messed with my back, and now I have recurring low back pain.  With me, it's like a couple of vertebrae get stuck on each other, and my back just stops working right.  It's agonizing, but a couple of visits
