Solids feeding issues

Hello everyone. My son turns one on 4/27 (yay!) but we're having problems getting him to eat meat or even noodles. He loves fruits and veggies, but refuses anything else! I'm worried since we're transitioning from formula to milk that he won't get the nutrients he needs if we can't fix it. What do you feed your LO for meat? Thank you in advance! :)

  • What about beans? They have a lot of protein, too. And even milk has a lot of what meat would give them.
