Sippy Cup Help!

My 11.5 month old refuses to transition completely over to sippy cups. This is has been an on going battle for about 4 months now. She will take a few sips from the cup, which is good, but if she's really thirsty she refuses the sippy cup and cries until I give her a bottle. I have also bought about a dozen different brands, trying to figure out which one she might like more. Anyone else going through this or has gone through this that's willing to give some advice?! She turns 1 in 2 weeks and I refuse to still be cleaning bottles by then! Tongue Tied

    My son was the same. We bought a nuby 3 stage cup...got him used to the larger cup with the regular nipple then switched to the sippy nipple its wider like most sippys but more flexible....then once he was used to that we switched him to a reg sippy and

    Is there a reason you're trying to push the transition so early? You've already been transitioning for 4 months? Sorry if this sounds rude, but it sounds like LO just isn't ready yet.

    I wouldn't push it just yet. Offer it with water or juice. And in a couple months, try again.

    Have you tried a straw cup? And drink from a straw cup yourself to encourage drinking from a straw.
