Cramping a week after HSG??

So last Monday (the 8th), I had my HSG test ( which was ridiculously painful). Today I have been having some cramping and pressure in the lower pelvic area but it doesn't seem to be in the same area as the cramping from the test. I finished my first round of Clomid on Saturday. The cramping hurts the most when I cough. Has anyone else experienced this?

    You should probably contact your doctor or nurse. I had an HSG and I didn't have any pain during or after.

    HSG 07/2011 right tube blocked
    Clomid 50mg 3/2012 - no response
    Clomid 50mg 4/2012 - no response
    Met with RE 6/2012
    PCOS/IR diagnosed 6/2012
    Femura 5mg  9/2012 - no response
    Laparoscopy 12/2012 close off right tube
    Clomid 150mg 3/2013 - no response
    1st Follistim Cycle 7/16/2013 -  CD3-6 125iu; CD7-8 150iu; CD9-15 175iu; Trigger 8/1; IUI scheduled for 8/3/2013...BFN AF arrived 8-16-2013
    8/2013 cycle benched for cyst

    I'll give them a call tomorrow. Yes, my dr wanted me start to Clomid after because they wanted to take advantage of everything being "opened up".

    I did think about them being O pains and the ovulation kit this morning seemed to indicate O. I don't recall having cramping like this in previous months, but then again it looks like I wasn't always ovulating either.

    My HSG was very painful, I cramped for a couple of days, and ovulated a few days earlier than normal.  It took me a little over a month for my body to feel normal in that area.  Not that my case was the norm by any means, but i



    Me 33, DH 37 -- TTC since Jan'12 -- Low AMH (0.78) & endo, SA w/ low motility
    IUI's 1-3 = BFN, IVF converted to IUI 4/13 = BFN
    IVF 1.2: 8R 6M 4F -- 2 blastocysts frozen, FET 8/15 = BFP!!
    Beta #s = 445;1,098; 9,545  -- EDD 5/2 -- Team Pink!

    I had my HSG yesterday morning.  It was super painful and I slept the rest of the day.  This morning I was nauseous and had some more cramping this evening.  I don't start Clomid until next month...

    After 1 year of infertility, our little miracle was conceived via our 3rd IUI on May 5, 2013.
