  I am a belly sleeper. I can't remember how long after my c/s when I started belly sleeping but it is possible. Try it and if its uncomfortable then stop and try again later.

  I felt comfortable with it about 3 weeks postpartum.

  I remember coming home fromt he hospital and trying to sleep on my stomach it was still tender.  So I just waited a few days and tried again.  I'm already looking forward to being able to sleep on my stomach.  Might be what I'm most excited

  I started to sleep on my belly 1.5 weeks after. Only complaint is when my chest becomes engorged.
