One of the things I was looking forward to most while I was pregnant was sleeping on my stomach again. Anyone out there been able to sleep on their stomachs post CS? My unplanned CS was nearly three weeks ago and I've been nervous about lying on my belly. My stitches have all dissolved and my incision has healed pretty nicely.
I am a belly sleeper. I can't remember how long after my c/s when I started belly sleeping but it is possible. Try it and if its uncomfortable then stop and try again later.
I remember coming home fromt he hospital and trying to sleep on my stomach it was still tender. So I just waited a few days and tried again. I'm already looking forward to being able to sleep on my stomach. Might be what I'm most excited
