Throwing Food

I need help, my 19 m old thinks it is absolutely hilarious to throw her food.  She even will ask for something in particular put it in her mouth take a couple chews, spit it out and throw it on the floor.  Sometimes, she decides she is done and will throw a whole plate on the floor.  If we are out she will just chuck anything in site.  We take away anything she throws (ie her cup or spoon) when she does it, tell her shes naughty, you don't throw food.  But, she has continued to do it.  Sometimes she does it then says, naughty, herself!  She is so stubborn.  She always used to just say "all done" when she was finished.  But we can't figure out what to do to stop this craziness.  Any other suggestions?

    We really struggled with that too at that age. DD is now 23 month and while it didn't change overnight, here are some of the strategies that worked for us (she is really good now).
