Duncan has had 4 ear infections this year. We have an appointment coming up with the ent.
If your child had tubes placed, how many infections did they have before the recommendation?, and in what time frame?
C had a single one at 7 months and then 4 more infections from 9 months to 13 months. The last was labeled chronic so we go the tubes. D would fall under the new recs though which imho are a bit "faster to tubes". This would hav
Thanks!
Ya, I'm torn. Three were in a row at 8 months then one slight one now at 11 months thats viral.
The thought if putting him under this young freaks me out...but 13 months is not that different so maybe I need to relax. I don't know.

I think he had 6 in 7 months, but I don't really remember. Tubes were the best thing we've done for our kid! They completely changed our lives - he has had four infections since 14 months old (when we got the tubes) and two were treate
