Hi everyone,
I've never posted on this forum before but I'm looking for some advice on ringslings. I'm due with baby #2 end of May. With DD I didn't babywear the first few months but started around four months old and it was so much bettter then the stroller. With her I had a beco that I loved, but not so great in the summer, ouch was it hot. I also had a sling I kept for running errands etc.
I was thinking a ringsling might be the way to go for summer and a little bit more ease of use. I also wanted something that is breastfeeding friendly.
I checked out the babywearing link on another posters siggy, sorry can't remember who had it.
I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the brands and materials. I was leaning towards linen for summer? Or would cotton be a better choice. I did see a double layer gauze one at babyette.com. Has anyone used those?
Does anyone have any brands that they really liked? I prefer not to drop a fortune but if there is a huge quality difference I am willing to spend more.
Sorry for such a long post.
