Motion sicknes advice?

I posted the other day about my daughter getting possible car sickness and we went to talk to our pedi today and I'm 100% now that's all it is.

So 2 things:

I'm putting together a throw up box for the car, any suggestions as to what to put in it?

He suggested a DVD player for the car to keep her occupied, any other things that work with your LO that gets motion sickness?

    I've always suffered from motion sickness and i'm really shocked he suggested a DVD player.  Watching tv, readying, and turning around made it worse for me.  Being by the window is what helps me most honestly.  Depending on where you hav
