  • I had a great week of healthy eating and exercise. I am about to start my period and I always get extremely bloated and put on 5 to 10 lbs. I have no weight change today. I hope after everything evens out from my period, I can see my weight loss results!&

    I only did 1 mid-week run last week, but it was a good one.  My long run yesterday was tough, but we were actually within 4 seconds of our target pace.  It is a difficult course.  Race day is less than a month away.  This week's goal r

  • I lost half a pound. I reached my first goal weight and would like to lose ten more. I am on vacation this week and would like to get in a few extra workouts. Hope everyone has a great week!

  • Morning sickness has definitely kicked in (I'm 7 weeks) so its been tough but managed to keep up the workouts. I go to the gym at 6am and don't eat before hand but I think I need to start. I get very weak/nauseas afterwards

  • I was so busy buying and planting flowers yesterday I didn't get to go to the gym, but I was able to go 3 times last week so that was good.  Cardio was Sunday and Friday with 109 flights of stairs both times.  Yoga was Wed.  I love it so

    My name is Cassie and I had my LO almost 6 weeks ago via emergency c section. I will hopefully be cleared for exercise on the 22nd, and at that point I will be going back to my Crossfit box.
