my health goals for the week:
1. walk down driveway with baby each day (my driveway is more like a small road in case your wondering!)
2. continue drinking plenty of water and taking vitamins
3. go dairy free- i feel so much better no
type 1 diabetic for 7 years. Been on the pump for 6 years.
1. Try out a baby boot camp class and join if I like it.
2. Walk with baby 5 times.
3. Make dinner 4 out of 5 nights
4. Stay hydrated with plenty of water <br

Good morning ladies! My goals for the week are:
1. Start the couch 2 5k program and get running 3 days this week. I have done this before to get back into running and really like it. My brother and I have signed up for a 5k obstacle course

BFP#3 ~ 4/15/12, EDD 12/21/12 ~ DD born 12/22/12
type 1 diabetic for 7 years. Been on the pump for 6 years.
Goals for this week: Drink more water and walk for 20 minutes at least 4 days.
QOTW: I am 1 month post c-section so still only allowed to walk. I will either put DD in a stroller and walk with her or walk when someone else is watching her. <b
