Boston brings it closer to home

I realized a few minutes ago that DD's birthmom might be worried about us (we live near Boston). I updated her blog ASAP and there were a lot of views today. I hope she wasn't worried.

    We live close to the city too, and could hear our local police and state police flying down the highway. So scary! I work in the city and thankfully didn't have to work today.

    DD's birthmom already wrote back on her blog. Sounds like she was worried. I was glad to be able to give her good news about us. But our city is so sad right now.
