Gift giving advice...

I will be attending a "bachelorette" party this Saturday.  It's actually more of a girl's day; mani/pedis, wine tasting, etc.  The only hitch is that I have only met the bride to be once.  She's a friend of a friend that recently moved to the area and hasn't made too many friends.  

My BFF is being an awesome friend and organizing this day for her.  I want to bring her a gift, but I have no idea what to give.  I don't want to spend a lot, and I have no clue to her likes and dislikes.

Does anyone have any "go to" shower type gifts?
