Is anyone else adding rice cereal to formula to help with reflux??
If so... What is your experience:
How much cereal?
bottle brands?
nipple flow stages?
I'm doing 4oz....2 scoops formula and 2 scoops rice cereal. I've tried dr. Brown and playtex....seems like the slow flow clogs, medium is still too slow, and fast flow is too fast and makes her spit up more.
Advice please!

I used the enfamil AR for a while...but we had to switch to soy. So that's why we have to add in the cereal. I had my hubby pick up some dr. Brown wide bottles today and used a level three nipple. Seemed to work well so far. </p
I do this for my 3 month old. She gets 4-5 oz and 1TBSP of rice cereal, pediatrician's and gerber's recommendations. I used a fork to make a slightly bigger hole in her stan
