I need a little help

background: I have 5 children! 10 6, 4,2 in sept and almost 6months.

The last child was born after i had a tubal ligation, so after her I got the essure but I only got that because my doc told me that my medicaid would cover the follow up appt that PROVES that your tubes are blocked even if your medciad was exp because it was part of the essure procedure. I found out that was not the case when I called them to do the follow up appt which is called the dye test so they can be sure they are blocked. They set the appt told me not to take the birth control anymore. The appt was 2 weeks out. Then they called said that medicaid would not cover it and I would have to reapply for medicaid only I cant do that because it would require putting my husband on child support when he lives with me and we are together so that would be pointless!

Anyhoo we have continued to have sex and the last period I got was off it was way shorter and lighter, I mean I still had to wear a pad but it was not a normal period, Im super tired, nauseated, smells make my tummu hurt, my boobs are bigger im moody and Im nervous that I could be pregnant again....its so easy for me to get pregnant even with birth control and not being on it and having sex not knowing if the essure worked or not im really worried, 1 day after that wierd period I took a test and it was negative but Im telling yall I feel weird again like pregnant and Im scared!

What do yall think? Do I need to take another test, go to the doc or am I just tripping because I got pregnant after the tubal and Im scared?
