Given up wheat.

I have made every adult in my house give it up too, to make it easier for me.  We are using the wheat belly cookbook.  Forget the fact that it ignores some basic baking chemistry,  a lot of recipes call for flax.  Which is fine, except it's given DH and my cousin and now my mother (who has also decided to do Wheat Belly) horrible, painful gas.

Does anyone else have a better recipe website or cookbook I can use for wheat free that isn't wheat belly?  I have been noticing actual changes in my body and not been finding it that hard to be wheat free.  I just need to be mindful of the rest of my family.

  • Go on Pinterest and search Paleo or Primal. You'll find tons of recipes. I just recently tried Paleo and I kind of love it. I use almond meal and coconut flour a lot.
