Anyone Else's LO?

Did anyone else's LO get a lot harder to put down for naps all of a sudden? Within the past week or so Blair has been fighting naps. I used to just be able to read his cues and rock him to sleep. Now I have to sing, walk around, and sway to get him to fall asleep. If I sit he fusses. Also most of the time his naps last 45 mins exactly. I used to be able to get a couple hours with him oh my chest but today he only slept 45 mins there too. Please tell me this is just a phase!

yeah, same here. They're getting older and more aware of their surroundings. Its going to be rough for a while. At least until I feel she's old enough to let her cry a little bit, because that does help. They need to learn to soothe themselves more

I could have wrote this word for word, but our started about a month ago. She is slowly started to get better at being put down. I am not sure if it has to do with her being at daycare now or not, but I was actully able to put her down drowse

this started last week for us. i have been lucky to have half hour naps when he usually has 3 hour naps. i got him down at 8:30 today and he has been down since (its 10:20) so hopefully the phase is over for us! or he could just be exhausted after our lon

When DD became more social around 11 or 12 week she began fighting her naps. Why sleep if you can try to stay up and chat with mommy or daddy... Even if it does turn you into a monster.
