XP Baby sinus congestion?

DD sounds like she has some major sinus congestion going on while she nurses... Started yesterday. She isn't really breathing loudly any other time, and when I use the nose sucker I'm not getting anything out. I even sprayed a little saline... Which she did NOT like... Still nothing. She hasn't been sick at all yet and I don't know what to do... No other signs of not feeling well. Any other way to clear out her sinuses? If it gets much worse, she sounds like she's going to have to unlatch to breath!

Try sitting her in the bathroom with the hot shower running. Maybe keep her humidifier on at night with some eucalyptus oil in it to help.
