Hi everyone, I'm a wondering if there are any of you out there that do kettle bell work outs while pregnant?
My doctor says I'm fine to continue exercising (including weights) as long as I stay under 20lbs. But I wasn't sure about kettle bell since its a lot of swinging and mostly intense core workouts.
i work closely with a trainer, but he is a man and I would like input from others who've been or are pregnant .
Any thoughts and/or experiences would be great!!
