Chick peas and edamame

Do you feed LO these? I can't decide if they're a choking hazard. My LO loves regular peas so I think he'd like these bit Dh is nervous about the size and hardness...

    Aiden loves them..I usually cut the chickpeas and edamame in half..He's never choked on them....

    I've done both all the time! 

     

    If you think they are too hard still you could steam them a bit more. Just a thought. We love lima beans as well which are larger than edamame. I haven't had issues. However my LO has 8 teeth. &nbsp

    I slip the shell off and smush them before I give them to DD. She LOVES them!

    Cook til really soft and then cut in half.

    With DD, because I was a FTM and scared of everything, I pured them with DS I just cut them in half
