  We made nachos with sour cream that was questionable. Smelled fine, tasted fine, and was within the date. Had to have been it.

  I've only had food poisoning once and  I can't not even begin to imagine how I would have gotten through it pregnant with a kid.  Big fat hugs and I hope it passes soon.
