How do I get her to stop throwing food?

...and her sippy cup.

G is a great eater but when you lest expect it she tosses her cup then her food as quickly as she can before I can rip her tray off.

It drives me crazy, and its not like I pile the food on her tray either asking for this disaster.

Any suggestions?

  • I like the time out idea, or try ending mealtime. She won't starve herself, and at this age she is old enough to understand throwing food is a "no" and mealtime will be over if she continues to do it.

  • L likes to bring his food onto himself when he is done. The only way we can stop it...Is to catch him starting and say no then take it away.
