Well since I just posted a question I guess I should introduce myself. I don't remember all the criteria for joining this board but I can testify to:
- Being around for the birth of MTV
- Many bad permanents
- Knowing what "Frankie says relax" means
I am a first-time 40+ year old mom who's really glad to have found this board. (Those younger gals can be kind of rough.)

Hiya! Here is a good place to start. Some of the other boards are fine too, but you definitely need to lurk and get the feel. I like shaking my cane at the young'uns that get out of line. <img src="https://community.thebump.com/cs/emoticons/e
