Graco MyRide 65! We got it from Target.com for about $125 last year. They're having a Graco sale at Target.com right now too, so I'm sure you can find a great deal.

Target has a sale on graco items. Graco headwise is 159.99, great reviews and great for extended rearfacing. The same seat, but a different name at babiesrus, graco my size, is 144.99.
I also have an Evenflo Triumph for my folks car and am happy with it. Got it at Albee Baby for under $150. We have a Britax in our car which I really like but definitely not under $150
