4 day rule?

When did you become less stringent about the 4 day rule?  We've been giving LO more of what we eat.  I was still using the 4 days rule with things like yogurt and eggs, but I'm wondering about new fruit and veggies (like when we give her what we eat).

    We stopped the waiting days between foods around 7 months after we'd gone through all the purees and started table foods.

    We actually never did the four day rule.  We did BLW (baby led weaning) and I was told that the four day rule didn't really have a lot of research or evidence backing it up, and following it wouldn't mean that you would know exactly which food was ca

    I stopped when I found out that it's not really necessary. Except for high allergy risk babies or high allergy foods like PB, strawberries, nuts, etc. We give him much of the food that we eat on our own plates (we want to start early with showing him t
