Hi there everyone,
I'm in my third pregnancy trying for my first take home baby. I have an incompotent cervix and obviously require a high-risk OB to facilitate my pregnancy as I cannot carry a baby to term without some medical interventions.
I'm interested in some of the natural pain relief techniques. After having a spinal to have my cerclage (cervical stitch) placed, I don't particularly want that for my delivery if I can avoid. While I'm not completely adverse to IV medications, I'd like to be able to use some natural techniques to at least minimize their use if I can.
Can you lovely ladies point me in the direction of some good information? For STMs, what techniques worked best for you?
