I'm looking for advice on which exercises actually worked -- pilates...planks and transverse ab exercises...general aerobic stuff like running/stairs/etc...
At 8 mos. pp, I am at prepregnancy weight, but my belly is still way larger. I have always been thin, small-chested runner, so it is really noticeable (firm like I'm a few months pregnant, NOT sagging loose skin). This didn't happen as much after my first child, so I know I need to exercise to improve it, but curious what specific workouts have worked for others. TIA!

I am a runner and between training for my races, I added more strength conditioning and have been eating very clean. Worked like a charm.
Strength training includes for me planks, burpees, lunges, weights, calf raises, and a few others.
Breast feeding really helped me at first- but once I stopped I stopped seeing results-- lately all I've done is cut out carbs, bad sugars, and upped my protein intake. I walk every morning, eat clean, and do lots of sit ups on my ball.
