Moms who've had their babies-- ? for you

So DD is over 2 weeks old now.  I had a really hard labor experience-- water broke first followed by 26 hours of labor. But here's my question--  pushing hurt like hell.  Well, not the pushing itself, but being fully dilated.  (And the progress from 9-10 cm)I really thought with an epidural it would be okay, but I was in so much pain I was almost going insane.  I know I am going to have a lot of anxiety surrounding my next labor experience.  I feel like no one else felt such extreme pain when fully dilated.  To clarify, it was different from contraction pain.  It was pressure (but not in my butt like they said-- still in my vagina.)  Did anyone else feel this extreme, extreme pressure/pain?

    I had that nothing relieved that pain and pressure it was both. Its hard to explain but my waiting those last two cm I wanted to cry

    Every pregnancy, labor, delivery and recovery can be vastly different. I'd discuss your concerns and fears with your OB at your appointment if you are very worried, but also try to remember that your next experience can (and may be) very different.&nbs

    Your LD sounds almost identical to mine. Water broke... 24 hours later I delivered. WAY more painful than I ever imagined even with the epi and two "top offs". They told me that if water breaks before anything else happens, pain is more intense. I really

    I thought that my epidural had completely worn off because I could feel everything at the end and they kept asking whether I felt the pressure in my butt, but I didn't. It was all in the vagina and the back to back contractions, so I know what you mean. I

    So I don't have any experience with the pain.  My first time around the epidural was so strong I couldn't feel anything from the waist down.  This time it was just enough so that I could feel the contractions and movement, but I didn't really
