I run once a week or so with my jogging stroller. I just started again a few weeks ago because it had been too cold to run with the kids over the summer. Since I've started again my shoulders bother me when I run, I'm assuming it's because the kids have gotten heavier. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you do more weight work with your shoulders to be able to run easier, or just take it as part of the work out?

Re: anyone run with a jogger, esp. a double?
