All Free and Clear and hard water?

I have been using Rockin' Green, but would like a little more cost effective detergent.  Does anyone with (super) hard water use this and have good results?

I have found Tide to be a better choice then All with our hard water.

  • Hard water affects a soaps ability to clean - doesn't really matter the soap. Have you tried adding Calgon to your detergent? That has helped us a lot with our hard water issues.

All F&C isn't recommended for CDs.  We use it for our other clothes without issue though.

  • I used All F+C Mighty and DD's skin was so pink after I rewashed everything in Rockin Green but I'm sure it depends on the baby. I've heard lots of good things about Tide blue powder.
