Had an ultrasound.  I am only 5w3d so I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but we saw a sac and the yolk sac inside right where it should be in my uterus (yay!) so the tech and my OB were pleased with that.  

He told me at my appointment afterwards that I need to go in for ONE MORE draw tomorrow to see where my levels are at and to make sure my progesterone doesn't keep going down.  He said if it hits below 20 he is going to call in Prometrium (although I might just send his office a message asking them to just call it in for me today either way otherwise I'll have to go the whole weekend - didn't think about that at the time).  

Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight.  This week has been RIDICULOUS.  I have another ultrasound next Friday and obviously am hoping to see the heartbeat by then.

    Yay! That's good news. I had an u/s at 5w2d with DS and that's all we saw as well. So I think you are right on track. I would try not to worry too much. It looks like its all working out.

    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014
