The 2 previous posters have good points. There's no other feminine name I can think of other than Georgia. You may have an easier time doing the initial thing.
I think George and Thomas are the easiest.... I don't like any of the feminizations of David that I have seen.... so for that one I'd go with another "D" name and say the initials were in honor of_____.
I love Georgianna, Georgina, and Georgia. I'm not a huge fan of the feminizations of the other names. What about using the first letter of one of those names? Like Margot or Meredith to honor Mark, Tessa or Tabitha for Thomas, Diana or Daphne
