Mom and allergies while breastfeeding

I've had 4 sinus headaches and a slightly stuffy nose this week and I'm beginning to wonder if it's allergies (which I never really had before I was pregnant, maybe only in the fall off and on).  I'm wondering if there is anything that I can take while I am still breastfeeding that won't diminish my supply.  Advil doesn't really help.  Thanks for the help!

    This is tricky, because anything you take to "dry up" your sinuses will also "dry up" everything else...Have you tried a neti pot?

    I take generic Zyrtec and have had no issues.... Just not the d kind...

    I know, I'm afraid of drying everything up and I don't want whatever I take to effect my daughter.  I haven't tried a neti pot, but I've heard it can help, I'll look into it.  I'll also take a look at Zyrtec.  Thanks for the advice!

    I have taken Zyrtec and no issues with my supply.

    Unfortunately I don't think you can take anything.  I was SO sick in February with a cold and the doctor was like, sorry, breastfeeding, no go on meds.  I've heard allergy meds are even worse and dry you up even more!

    A pharmacist told me that NOTHING was recommended except Benadryl, which I won't take because it will knock me out.  I think I read on kellymom that Claritin was OK, but I specifically asked the pharmacist about that and she said no.  I called a
