Parenting after a Loss

BF / EP moms....

How much milk does your LO take in a bottle? My LO is 1 month and 1 day and I nurse at night but started pumping and giving him a bottle during the day to get him use to his routine at daycare, and so I would also know how much milk to send to daycare.  I am still kind of struggling with how much he should be getting in a bottle. I don't want to under feed him but I don't want to over feed him and make him sick either...???

Right now he takes around 3 oz in a bottle but sometimes acts like he is still hungry??? Is 3-4 oz's too much or not enough for a 1 month old?

(I know every baby is different - just want to make sure he is getting enough)

  • I have left DS with MH a couple times when he needed a bottle. I have left 3 oz in the bottle, with extra in the fridge just in case. Both times, the 3 oz has been good for DS. I know that when he is nursing, he stops drinking, but will comfort nurse for
