So I have a 4 yr old preschooler who is school much of the day. When I pick her up, I like to ask her some basic questions about her day.
In the beginning she seemed to like to tell me a few things but now I have noticed she will repeat her answers from the previous day. For example what did you eat for a snack? She will say a bagel and then today when I ask she will say a bagel again but I know they had applesauce. Then I say hmm, are you sure it was a bagel because I think I had seen applesauce. She will reply oh yeah we did have applesauce.
I guess I'm just wondering if she has a poor memory recall or does not want to talk about her school day. Does your preschooler remember the day?
