I know there's already a post about bedtime, but my question is a little different. My concern is timing. A couple weeks ago, my LO slept consistently through the night for one week, from 9pm-7am. It was glorious. However, I think maybe it was because he had a cold or something, because he started falling asleep at the same time ( 9) but getting up around 4 for a feeding and then 6:30. However, every time it was a battle to get him to bed, he would get sooooo upset, and I know it was because he was overtired. After that I started to look for his cues. I put him to bed at 8, but since then I've still been following his lead, and it slowly moved each night from 8, to tonight about 6:50. I feel like this is too early, but I don't know? I don't want to keep him awake and make him miserable. Through the shift he's been consistent waking up around 3-4 to nurse, then at 6:30 for the morning (though he usually wants to nap off and on in my arms all morning). My issue figuring this out is that he WON'T sleep without the swaddle sack. But once it's on, he is OUT for a long time. So I pretty much determine when he is going out, and I am not sure if I am making it too early.

I would read that. DD STTN for like a week and now she's up every 2 hours.
We try to have our LO go to sleep around 7 but she often isn't asleep until 8. We had a very brief period where my LO slept from around 8 until 5 (maybe a week) but she is back to waking throughout the night. Most times she wakes she just needs me to r
