It's a BOY:) And apparently boy's names are difficult for DH and I. I would love some input and suggestions from you ladies.
DD is Eleanor Heather (both family names) DS will have the middle name Derek after DH.
So far for boy's names we have this (very small) list
Atticus (DH picked it and so far it is our top contender. He has never read To Kill a Mockingbird, and while the character of Atticus Finch is admirable, is the name to "literary" if that make's sense?)
Jacob (our former favorite until we realized how popular it has become)
Cormac
Fletcher
DH also really like's the name Calvin, but it was my childhood cat's name which sort of ruins it for me. I also like the name Zebulon, DH isn't sold on it.
Thank you ladies!!!

Cormac -- it's a fine name, just NMS

Calvin -- one of my all time favorite names. Is the cat still living<span c
Edward
my godparents are Eddy and Eleanor............to me they just go together.
Atticus: so over this one. I also don't see why you'd use it if you don't have a connection with the book character. It's not a nice-sounding name to me.
Jacob--good name, but if you think it's too common, nix it.
Cormac--too harsh sounding
I think Atticus still has a very strong literary tie, so if you don't mind people asking about that forever: go for it.
Personally I like Cormac.
I think Zebulon sounds like some sci-fi alien species or planet and not a human baby. I said t
