Tips for introducing a bottle

Right now I solely breast feed and pump any extra when I need to. I would like to introduce a bottle to LO. Looking for tips on what to do. When and how often to pump? How much does LO get at feeding?? TIA!!

    I just started this process too ... I'm going back to work in 3 weeks. :/
