                hi everyone! Sorry i didn't get this up until so late in the day. I am holding my LO and typing with one hand so it is taking a while!

This check-in is for anyone who wants the accountability to live a healthier life style. If you want to participate, just jump on in! We post our goals for the week on monday and check-in on friday. 

How did everyone do on their goals this week?                  

Atteighdan- Where you able to get in your 3 walks this week? How's it going with decreasing the soda? have you started the weight watchers? how is that going?

Ladiebug71- have you been able to make the cchanges you wanted to towards clean eating? How did it go with limiting the diet soda?

NBBride05- were you able to go walking any? how do you feel? Did you stay hydrated this week?

pangn179- are you eating your veggies and were you able to take your excersise classes? Did you drink enough water?

dotmbc- how did it go limiting after dinner sweets? Did you remeber to take your vitamins and drink water?

Allycat11- hope you had a happy birthday! Where you able to get in your 3 workouts?

shell04178- did you meet your no fast food goal?

melly918- did you meet your goal of 20 minutes on the elliptical? Did you go walking with your children any this week?

    This week my goals were to

    drink 16 cups of water a day

    take my vitamins

    nap in the afternoon

    I diid pretty good on the water until ye

  • I did make my goal of walking 5 times this week and eating more veggies. I made a huge salad on Monday and ate that for lunch with grilled chicken. I also had veggies at dinner each night and for one of my snacks.

  • I did do the elliptical last Monday plus a boot camp class on Wed. I am still sore from the class but I needed it. I did not get a chance to walk with the kids due to weather, timing, and energy levels.

    I am not doing great with food. I am
