gym time advice needed...

so my local ymca just added "baby hour" at the child watch 5 days a week from 9:30-10:30. I am committing myself to making it at least 4 days a week, but striving for 5.  My problem is... what do I do when I get there?? all cardio? weights? classes? how many minutes of cardio? how much time on weights?  the weather here in upstate ny is starting to get nice, so im planning on taking my kids for walks with the double stroller a few times a week too...

im trying to lose 35 lbs :) im watching what i eat as much as possible, and starting this gym routine.
